Rental Terms
• 50% deposit required upon reservation
• Full payment must be received before reserved rental time
• 24-hr cancellation policy applies to all bookings
(full payment will be charged on CC without notice)
• We accept all major credit cards and cash. (No Checks accepted)
• $20.00/hour overtime applies to regular price rate for after hour
• No refunds or credit, all sales are final
• 10% discount applies for advanced payments with 5 hrs minimum
• Food or drink allowed in the studios (bottled water only).
• The Renter must leave the studio in the same condition as when it
was received.
• A minimum of $25 maintenance fee will be charged on Credit Card
for any cleaning or damage.
• Inappropriate activities are not allowed in the studio.
Note for Auditions: Sufficient space (holding room) must be booked in advance to accommodate the crowd waiting for audition.
Studio Description
Synthesis Dance Center is offering private rentals for Rehearsals, Auditions, Castings, and Filming to productions and private individuals.
Rentals are not available for group classes.
Studio is conveniently located on the fourth floor of the historical Pasadena Playhouse tower.
All studios are equipped with:
• Stereo systems w/ Double CD player, USB and iPOD access
• Mirrored walls
• Professional sprung dance floor
• Central Air Conditioning system
• TV with DVD Player
• WIFI access
• Parking passes may be provided (see front desk)
