Synthesis Performing Arts and Dance Center presents The Global Dance Exchange program. We invite young talent and performers from overseas to experience American dance and culture, as we hope to inspire the next generation to love and commit to the beauty of the performing arts.
With the Global Dance Exchange, we have established a new institute for cultural enrichment, education, and performance experience for youth from around the globe. By exchanging positive and creative energy, this project will provide opportunities for new and upcoming stars to discover their creativity and help make their dreams come true.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Global Dance Exchange is designed as an intensive one-week dance program. The short-term approach has proven to be very effective and affordable for foreign students as it provides an opportunity for dance students to experience professional training in the United States from the best master dance teachers, the ability to improve their spoken English, and a way to experience American lifestyle.
The Global Dance Exchange provides a fast, safe and easy way to obtain dance training in the United States. We guarantee that your dance exchange adventure will be enjoyable, educational, and memorable.
Our master dance teachers have been carefully chosen for their educational expertise, uniqueness, and quality. The dance classes are specially designed for students who wish to enhance their skills in the most popular dance styles, such as, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz Funk, Lyrical, Tap, Hip-Hop, House Dance, Poppin’ and Lockin’, Break Dance, Wacking, Krumping, and more. The Global Dance Exchange is designed for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
The Global Dance Exchange’s intensive dance training is created to improve dance technique, develop style, body conditioning, improvisation, and learn the secrets of stage presence and confidence. Students will learn choreography and will be assigned to prepare original pieces to perform at the end of the program.
Students are not required to know the English language, although it is certainly helpful if they have a basic understanding of the English language. Please refer to the three packages that have been carefully designed to provide international dance students with the most intense dance learning experience, comfortable travel accommodations, as well as sightseeing of top tourist attractions in Los Angeles, California.
